The holiday in northern Sardinia was a real experience. It was veeeery hilly, so not for walking sick, but a lush green. So much oleander bushes oleander trees and even I have never seen before. The weather was good, 3 days we had in the first Week, the Mistral and the hurricane was like - almost like home, but still with bright sunshine. Only the toupee had to antackern * gg *

The hotel Hotel Le Palme ( http://www.hotellepalmeportocervo.it/ ) was really nice. Dinner a stunner, but breakfast was forgotten. 14 days the same cheese, the same sausage, jam-packed and type of light bread. That was really too little for us a 4 star hotel. The staff was mostly German and was always very friendly. The room was very clean.

Without car was in a fix you, because it was an infrastructure like or not at all the shops had been so good in winter. But that was in other areas of the North Sun
We have 3 car tours and made many beautiful views.
The cork oak forests, the Capo Testa ( http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capo_Testa ) can be seen from the Corsica and beautiful landscapes even more beautiful beaches and coves.
